Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery Timeline

We deliver within 3–8 days. Any delay beyond the said period shall be notified to the Customer. The Company shall not be held liable for any delay where such delay is notified in advance.


Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the money will be refunded to the source account. Cancellations will be allowed for up to 3 hours after the order is placed.


Replacement                                                                                                                                                In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Dogsee Chew Office through the Contact Us form or email at [email protected]  within 30 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.


Refund and Return

Definition: “Return” is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller / Dogseechew.com.

The following situations may arise:

  1. Item was defective

  2. Item was damaged in transit

  3. Product(s) were missing

  4. Wrong item was received

This refund/return policy is applicable only for items purchased on the dogseechew.com website. Items purchased from marketplaces like Amazon or any third-party sellers are not eligible for return/refund/exchange from the website. The marketplaces or third-party sellers need to be contacted directly for returns/refunds arising from such a purchase.

Return could also result in a refund of money in some cases. Refund on return is subject to the Company successfully receiving the item(s).

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially updated and reflected.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Dogseechew.com / seller shall not be liable for any return/refund.


The following RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded if the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes food, grooming products, supplements, dog apparel, beds, car seat covers, etc.

  2. In case of a damaged or missing product, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to Dogseechew.com within 3 days from the time of delivery.

  3. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

  4. In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product, and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.

  5. Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of Dogseechew.com.

      6. The Company may monitor the nature and frequency of return or refund requests. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion,                  to  flag and reject any such  requests reasonably suspected of fraud, policy abuse, or exploitation.

      7. The discretion with respect to the condition of the item, nature of return/refund, amount refundable, etc., shall solely lie with the Company.
