This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected online through the https://dogseechew.com/ Company and related digital services, and offline where customers contact the Company regarding orders, returns, complaints, product questions, surveys, or promotions. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that maintain their own privacy notices, including Shopify, Shop Pay, payment card networks, advertising networks, logistics providers, and social media platforms, except to the extent personal information is collected by those parties on the Company's behalf.

Company may collect the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy for the business and commercial purposes described below.   • Account authentication data: if a customer creates an account on the store, authentication is handled through Shopify's account infrastructure. Passwords are not stored in plain text and are not accessible to the Company in readable form.
  • Internet or network activity: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, approximate location, ad interactions, and browsing behavior on the Website storefront.
  • Communications and support content: messages, emails, webform submissions, customer support communications, reviews, testimonials, contest entries, and similar content provided to Company.

SHOPIFY, SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, AND SHOP PAY

The Company is built and hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure, account systems, checkout environment, store analytics, and related technical services used to operate the store. In that role, Shopify may process customer personal information on behalf of the Company, including customer name, email address, shipping address, order details, device and browsing information, and other data generated through the operation of the storefront. The Company uses Shopify Payments, which is powered by Stripe Infrastructure, as the sole payment processor for the store. Full payment card numbers and CVV codes are not stored by the Company and are not accessible to the Company in readable form. It is clarified that Shopify uses payment providers and financial institutions to process transactions and that account and payment information may be processed as part of Shopify services.

Some customers may choose to check out using Shop Pay, Shopify's accelerated checkout service. When Shop Pay is used, Shopify may separately collect and store personal information such as the customer's name, email address, telephone number, payment card information, billing address, shipping details, order history, and related account or device information in accordance with Shopify's own consumer privacy disclosures.

It is clarified that information entered through Shop Pay may also be governed by the Shop Pay Terms of Service and Shopify's Privacy Policy for Customers, in addition to this Policy.

COOKIES AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
